Three days in a row makes for some really tired muscles… My body is tired. BUT it had to be done… This was my last power lifting training session until December. Now I move down to Auburn and start my throwing training!

Warm up

reverse hypers w/ a band (3×10) X rope abs (3×20)

glute-hams (3×10) X land mines (3×10)

Lifting

High box squat– 535lbs 5 sets of 3

Block dead lifts- 385lbs 7 sets of 2

Band dead lifts- 315lbs with red micromini bands 7 sets of 2

Assistants

Sissy squats- 535lbs 3×10

leg curls X corner rows 3×10

wide lat pulls X seated machine rows 3×10

*Warm down*

Sled Pull
