ANNA-Today we had dl’s,started w/ rev hypers ss. w/ rope abs and glute/hams ss. w/ landmines 3×10 ea, DL day,briefs,High Bx sqt’s,755lbs 5X1,blk dl’s , 445lbs,5×2,pltfrm Bnd dl’s,double red, 375lbs 5×1 , sissy sqts 645lbs 2×8, Bent rows w/175 lbs, 2×8, leg curls 2×10, seated wide grip mach rows 2×8 and seated close grip pull dwns 2×8, finished w/ rev hypers, rope abs, med ball toss, bx jumps, rk bnd jumps,sled pulls x2,training went well,Throw Big, Throw Far,see you in the WR.
