ANNA-Today we had dl’s,started w/ rev hypers ss. w/ rope abs and glute/hams ss. w/ landmines 3×10 ea, DL day,briefs,HI Bx sqt’s,675lbs 5X3,blk dl’s w/ 6-chns, 315lbs,7X3,pltfrm Bnd dl’s,double red, 315lbs 7X3 , sissy sqts 565lbs 3×8, bent rows w/175 lbs, 3×8, leg curls 3×10, seated close grip mach rows 3×8 and seated wide grip pull dwns 3×8, finished w/ rev hypers, rope abs, med ball toss, bx jumps, rk bnd jumps,sled pulls x2,training went well,trained throws,speed and agility,Throw Big, Throw Far,see you in the WR.
