ANNA-,today we had spd sqt’s, started w/ rev hypers ss. w/ rope abs and glute/hams ss. w/ landmines, spd sqt’s,briefs,315lbs,plus 16-chns, off 15-in bx. 9X3, Rev Bnd DL’s 735lbs, 7×3, arch bks 575lbs 3X8, step-ups and leg curls 3×10, finished w/ rev hypers, rope abs, med ball toss, bx jumps, rk bnd jumps,also trained throws,skills,speed and agility work, Throw Big,Throw Far,spd bp’s tom, see you in the WR.
