ANNA-Today we had spd sqt’s, started w/ rev hypers ss. w/ rope abs and glute/hams ss. w/ landmines,Safety bar spd sqt’s, Raw,525lbs, off 15-in bx. 9X3, Rk DL’s 465lbs 6X2, arch bks 525lbs 3X7, step-ups and leg curls 2×10, finished w/ rev hypers, rope abs, med ball toss, bx jumps, rk bnd jumps,also trained throws,skills,speed and agility work,Big Weekend To Throw Big,Throw Far,spd bp’s tom, see you in the WR.
