ANNA-Today we had dl’s,going 4 in a row due to meet this weekend,body pretty much use to it since indoor, started w/ rev hypers ss. w/ rope abs and glute/hams ss. w/ landmines 3×10 ea, DL day,all training was raw,high bx sqt’s,555lbs 5X3,blk dl’s, 375lbs,7X3,pltfrm Bnd dl’s,double red, 275lbs 7X3 , sissy sqts 515lbs 2×8, corner rows w/205lbs, 2×8, leg curls 2×10, seated close grip mach rows 2×6 and seated wide grip pull dwns 2×6, finished w/ rev hypers, rope abs, med ball toss, bx jumps, rk bnd jumps,sled pulls x2,also trained shot, hammer and discus, skills, agility and speed work,training went well,Throw Big, Throw Far, Hvy BP’s tom.,looks like Miami this wkd,we’ll see,see you in the WR.
