Today we had hvy bp, started off w/ reverse hypers ss. w/ rope abs and glute/hams ss. w/ landmines, rk press off pins anna-425x2x3,455x2x3,ant 805,835, 855 allx1, flr press anna-315x5x3, ant-605x3x1,decline press-anna-155x3x8,ant-435x3x1,anna cleans-155x5x3, both ass. grapplers-3×8 and db bnd press-3×8, rk close grip press-3×10 and rope push dwns 3×10, finished w/ reverse hypers, rope abs, rk bnd jumps, bx jumps, med ball toss and sled pulls.Training went well today.See you in the WR.
